freeapp.ai

Terms of use

Effective 17 September 2026. Last updated 17 September 2026.

These terms cover freeapp.ai, the VoiceBridge app, and the founder licence. The short version: you buy a licence to software you then run on your own machine, with your own AI provider key. We are not in the loop at runtime, which is the point of the product and also the limit of what we can promise.

1. Who you are dealing with

These terms are an agreement between you and Freeapp SRL, trading as freeapp.ai ("freeapp.ai", "we", "us"), a company registered in Romania. Contact: contact@freeapp.ai. By using the site or the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use them.

2. What you get

The licence is personal and non-exclusive. You may modify the software for your own use. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or offer it to third parties as a hosted service without our written agreement.

3. What you run, and what it costs you

You supply the server and your own AI provider account and key. You pay that provider directly for every token your agent uses, and those charges are outside anything you pay us. We do not meter, resell, cap, or refund provider usage, and we cannot see it.

You are responsible for securing your server: its access token, its network exposure, its backups, and anything the agent does on it. The agent executes work on your machine because that is what it is for, so treat its access as you would your own shell.

4. API credentials

freeapp.ai runs against an AI provider account you own, with a key you supply. That key stays on your server. We never receive it, never store it, and cannot use it.

5. Payment and refunds

6. Acceptable use

Do not use freeapp.ai to:

We can end a licence for a serious or repeated breach. Where the breach can be fixed, we will say what is wrong and give you a chance to fix it first.

7. Termination

You can stop at any time: the software runs on your machine, so uninstalling it is the whole process. Nothing recurs, so there is no subscription to cancel.

We can end a licence for a serious or repeated breach of the acceptable use section above. Where the breach can be fixed we say what is wrong and give you a chance to fix it first. Ending a licence does not entitle us to keep a payment for a period you cannot use, and it does not reach into your server: what you have already built stays yours.

8. What the AI produces

Code, text and files your agent generates are yours, and you are responsible for them. AI output can be wrong, insecure, or accidentally similar to existing work. Review anything before you ship it. We do not warrant that generated output is correct, original, or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Availability

The website and the purchase flow are provided as they are, without an uptime guarantee. Your server's availability is yours, not ours. We may change or discontinue parts of the website at any time; we will not retroactively remove a licence you already paid for.

10. Warranties

The software and the website are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will produce any particular result on your hardware.

This does not affect rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to freeapp.ai is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or provider charges you incurred.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. Privacy

How we handle data is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Changes, law and disputes

If we change these terms we update the date above. A change never applies backwards to a purchase you already made. These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction; if you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
